Ysleta del Sur Pueblo–Sacred Connections is an outpatient mental health care facility and addiction recovery program for tribal members and their families in El Paso, Texas. They provide crisis intervention, telehealth services, and general outpatient (OP) care, including specialized programming for persons with co-occurring disorders.
Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management. They also engage in intensive, culturally responsive, trauma informed individual, group, and family counseling. The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety through robust, recovery focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self care, wellness, anger and stress management, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention.
