Phase One Requirements and Expectations
Based on the 12 Steps, their program consists of three phases. Phase one is meant to help residents transition into treatment, and clients are given a five day grace period to familiarize themselves with the rules of the facility. During this phase, residents must find a job and a sponsor. Once accustomed to the program, every resident must serve five weeks as house manager to prepare them for phase two.
Phases Two and Three
In phase two residents are given more responsibility and are expected to take on a leadership role.
