Residential stays are either 30 or 60 days long depending on your progress. You'll be on a coed track that focuses on healing all parts of yourself. This will include at least six hours of group programming every day and individual therapy at least twice a week.

I like that they also include many experiential based activities such as equine assisted therapy, service work outings, Creative Expressions groups and outdoor adventures on the weekends. Groups focus on various topics such as 12-step focus recovery, gender-specific group therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and meditation, and more. I like that they have certified trainers and a dietitian to help you focus on your health and wellness.

The intensive outpatient program offers more flexibility compared to residential treatment. If you're someone who needs to continue with your daily routines at home, this may be the right program for you. You'll still get at least 15 hours of recovery programs each week. Slowly this is tapered down as you progress in your recovery. You'll comply with random drug testing and attend group and individual therapy. This group includes two specific step-down phases.

The Ranch’s alumni program is excellent. They have a weekly evening meeting, an annual alumni reunion for past clients and their families as well as monthly alumni events and outings.
