You'll learn to identify triggers and the different contributors to those triggers. If your addiction is rooted in trauma, you'll work to uncover and address the trauma through strategies and techniques. Being able to take control over your emotions and addictive behaviors can set you up for success. Here, you’ll begin practicing that skill development.
