About The Nestled Recovery Center
The Nestled Recovery is a luxury substance use recovery facility for adults in Las Vegas, Nevada. They accommodate only 10 patients at a time to facilitate personalized care in a cozy environment. They offer specialized services for veterans.
Many people who’ve received treatment in this facility have attested to their quality of care. This is further confirmed by their accreditation by The Joint Commission and certification by LegitScript.
They offer medical detox, residential inpatient (IP) rehabilitation and comprehensive outpatient care. Their medical detox involves assessment, stabilization and 24/7 monitoring by trained physicians. These experts can administer meds to curb cravings and minimize withdrawal symptoms. This ensures that your detox is safe and comfortable.
After detox, you’ll ideally continue your recovery journey through their inpatient rehabilitation. This residential program lasts 30 days and involves intensive therapeutic interventions with supervision from experienced professionals. Their recovery approach combines proven therapeutic techniques like cognitive (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) with holistic healing practices like mindfulness, nutrition and yoga. This integrated approach is delivered in individual and group sessions to help you address negative emotions fueling your substance misuse.
You’ll learn to manage your emotions, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts and problems. The goal is to develop solid coping skills and prevent relapse. Alternative therapies like cold water immersion, massage, gardening exercises and sound bath therapy are available. You’ll also participate in addiction education classes, family therapy and about four to five hours of 12 Step meetings each week.
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is provided if relevant to your individualized treatment. This is especially the case if you’re dealing with addiction to opioids, alcohol and stimulants. Psychiatric services like medication management and education are also provided to support those with co-occurring mental health disorders or dual diagnoses.
Aftercare services may involve referral to their outpatient facility for continued recovery or connection to community resources. These may include housing support, medical care, and job training or placement. You can also join their alumni program for ongoing recovery support and access to these community resources.
