The Heights is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol addiction treatment center located in St. Paul, Minnesota. The center offers inpatient and outpatient rehab treatment for women. Services include counseling, mental health treatment, case management, and referrals.

Specializing in the substance use disorder treatment of women, The Heights staff have the expertise to provide personalized and trauma-informed care to meet the needs of their clients. Treatment begins with a mental health assessment and the development of an individualized treatment plan. Programming may involve individual and group therapy, family education, recovery support meetings, 12-Step facilitation, visits with children, skill development, education, peer support, and recovery events. Following treatment, women can attend the outpatient program for ongoing support. Outpatient treatment is also open to women who have not attended the residential program. The outpatient program provides employment and housing support, support groups, and ongoing therapy and skills groups.
