About The Healing Place

The Healing Place -- Campbellsville is a community oriented addiction treatment center for men in Campbellsville, Kentucky. It's a detox and residential treatment program with 100 beds, as well as an intensive outpatient program. The Healing Place follows a social model that emphasizes the need and benefits of socialization during treatment. This is a 12 step program.

The Healing Place is about recovering together with your peers. They believe that everyone, regardless of where they are when the comes to treatment, can teach others through their lived experience. During your six to nine month stay you'll participate in both individual and group activities designed to help you accept accountability for your actions and motivate you to make positive changes.

A nice aspect of their residential program is that it connects to a transitional living program. Transitional living is a stepping stone between treatment and post treatment, where you'll practice living independently while maintaining sobriety. It's a great form of continuing care.

There is no fee for the program and they do not accept insurance.
