About The Healing Place Outpatient Services (Formerly Recovery Louisville)

The Healing Place operates an outpatient addiction treatment center in Louisville, Kentucky. Services are provided to adults through an intensive outpatient program. They also provide continuing care services and an alumni program. The Healing Place also offers a no cost inpatient program that includes detox and continuing care.

The outpatient program does have a fee, however, you may find the outpatient setting more appealing, especially if you're looking for flexibility. If you're experiencing mild symptoms, the less intensive structure may be a good fit. Treatment here is based on the social model, where your inner strengths are used to motivate your progress through the program. Of course, if an assessment determines you need a more intense level of treatment, you may be referred to a different level of care.

There are also social services available. You might be eligible for housing assistance and job training. That way, when you graduate, you’ll have a strong foundation to get back to your community and loved ones. There’s sober living as well, in case you need extra support.

Their alumni program offers a variety of benefits. In addition to usually alumni events, you can qualify to make continued use of the facilities or even teach classes. You can also get continued care support, like transitional housing.
