About The HART Center

The HART Center is a comprehensive recovery treatment facility located in Memphis, Tennessee. This organization works with men and women who are in need of support for a co-occurring disorder or have a substance use disorder they would like to seek treatment for.

You’ll be connected to compassionate care through the available outpatient treatment program and the intensive outpatient treatment program. With both these programs, you’ll have access to evidence-based therapies like traditional individual and group counseling.

You’ll also have access to more holistic therapies that are designed to help you reflect on your life, the choices you make, and how factors like a strong self-esteem or spiritual support system can serve as pillars that will help you get your life back on track. Some of the holistic therapies you’ll have access to here include meditation, adventure therapy, reiki, and acupuncture.
