About The Fearless Kind
The Fearless Kind, in suburban Las Vegas, Nevada, is a residential treatment program that’s designed to support women recovering from substance use and mental health challenges. It takes a holistic approach that focuses on healing the whole person by addressing the root causes of addiction instead of just the symptoms.
Many women struggle with both addiction and mental health issues at the same time, but it’s rare to find a program that treats both together. This program creates a safe and supportive environment where women can work through substance use, eating disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression.
Helping Women Succeed
Their program helps women understand why their addiction started and what might be holding them back from recovery. Through individual and group therapy, trauma work, personal assignments and community support, they gain the tools they need to heal.
Instead of just focusing on stopping substance use, the program looks at the deeper issues that led to it. Women also learn to recognize their personal triggers and develop plans to prevent relapse. Education is a key part by helping them understand how addiction affects the body and mind so they can make informed choices about their recovery.
Support from others plays an important role in healing. Women in the program have the chance to connect with others who share similar experiences through 12 Step groups, Refuge Recovery and other sober community programs.
Live Fearless
Many women with addiction also have complicated relationships with food and their bodies. This program addresses eating disorders alongside substance use to provide a more complete path to recovery. Staff members offer meal support to help women develop a healthier relationship with food.
The program focuses on treating the whole person by emphasizing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual healing. Women learn to work through past trauma and anxiety so they can build confidence and self-worth. Their physical health is supported through proper nutrition, medical care, and opportunities for movement. Spiritual healing is also encouraged, whether through mindfulness, self-care, or connecting with nature.
By combining proven therapy methods with holistic practices, the program creates lasting change. Women participate in different types of therapy including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma healing, and relationship building.

Women's Rehab
Addiction and recovery affect women differently than men. Because women progress faster through recovery, experience more mental health problems, and face different barriers to treatment, a women’s rehab in Nevada is often the ideal solution for women facing addiction.Levels of Care
