About The Southern Bucks Recovery Community Center

The Southern Bucks Recovery Community Center is based in Bristol, Pennsylvania. It’s north of the Bristol Riverside Theater, Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Museum and Silver Lake Nature Center with Delhaas Woods. The center operates under the Pennsylvania Recovery Organization – Achieving Community Together, a grassroots advocacy initiative that serves Southeastern Pennsylvania. They reduce addiction stigma and expand access to quality treatment for Bristol and Bucks Counties.

They offer peer-to-peer services that promote stability, reduce relapse risk and improve quality of life. What I especially find impressive is that the center is led in part by peer specialists. They can connect you to outpatient treatment offered by The Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania for dedicated, tailored and recovery-oriented care that supports long-term stability.

Therapeutic Support With Priority Access

The Council brings over 50 years of experience in guiding individuals and families through recovery, grounded in compassion, advocacy and proven support. Their outpatient care equips adults and adolescents with tools to sustain long-term recovery.

Guided by the belief that every young person holds the potential for a bright future, they provide dedicated support for youth and young adults aged 12 to 25 including those with co-occurring mental health issues. We appreciate that they offer priority access to pregnant women who inject drugs, pregnant women who use drugs, individuals who inject drugs, and Veterans.

Their broader recovery services include diagnostic intake assessment and counseling that encourages personal growth and long-term stability. Ongoing psychiatric evaluation and medication management can address co-occurring conditions. You’ll also have access to a case manager who’ll assist with housing, employment, referrals and any challenges that may arise along the way.

It’s also worth noting that this outpatient care meets court-ordered treatment requirements for DUI offenders and others involved in the criminal justice system. They enjoy a near-perfect 4.9-star rating and moving testimonials from those they serve.
