The staff at The Consultants understand that if you’ve just experienced a substance related traffic infraction, you may be feeling scared and upset. You will be helped every step of the way through your process of getting your infractions resolved. They know what the court needs and will help you complete your court mandated assessment, classes or counseling.

You’ll be asked to provide the results of your breathalyzer and/or blood test. You’ll then be asked to furnish a Driving Record for Court Purposes which can be obtained at your local DMV office. At that point, you’ll be asked to pay a $100 evaluation fee.

If you’re not able to afford your $100 evaluation fee, you may qualify for a free evaluation depending on your circumstances. The Consultants do not want you to be shy about asking if you can have a free evaluation. They welcome all questions and concerns.
