Programs serve adults age 18 and older and adolescents ages 13 to 17, with required family participation for teens.

I want to point out that a specialized women's program supports adult women with dependent children and OBOT and recovery services assist those recovering from opioid use disorder.

Substance use services are located at 315 W. McLain Drive in Sherman, serving residents of Grayson, Cooke and Fannin Counties through OSAR screening and open access enrollment days.

Qualifying individuals are not denied services for inability to pay and charges are based on a sliding fee schedule.

Medicaid and other payer sources are accepted, OSAR screening is free and OBOT is state funded with no out of pocket cost for qualifying clients.
