About CCBC Taunton Emergency and Crisis Intervention

The CCBC Taunton Emergency and Crisis Intervention facility is in a quiet corner of Norton, Massachusetts. This is an emergency and crisis department facility that serves individuals who need immediate support during a moment of crisis associated with their behavioral or mental health. You can come in for emergency psychiatric care at any time of day.

CCBC’s emergency services also include a mobile crisis intervention program that serves both youth and adults. The services offered are rooted in evidence based practices. You will not be denied care if you do not have insurance. They accept All MassHealth (Medicaid) plans along with Medicare.

The treatment approach at CCBC is committed to helping individuals receive care in the least restrictive environment, with the aim of helping recovering individuals avoid hospitalization.

This is done through an umbrella of outpatient and mobile services offered through the CCBC network. For many people, the Taunton Emergency and Crisis Intervention facility is the first point of contact where they can get connected to the care they need.

Here, you’ll get psychopharmacology intervention, a psychiatric consultation, and referrals to appropriate services within the CCBC network.

Located a mile down the road from the Tristan Medical Norton Care Center, the Taunton facility serves residents throughout the region south of Boston. The facility is close to a number of major towns, most of which are relatively close together.

As you would expect out of this somewhat densely populated area, you’ll also have access to a number of community resources that can help you on your path to health and wellness.
