About STAR Council

STAR Council on Substance Abuse -- Cleburne is a nonprofit substance abuse recovery facility in Cleburne, Texas. The mission of STAR Council on Substance Abuse is to deliver effective addiction treatment to clients of all ages in the communities they serve.
