St. Joseph’s Addiction Treatment has a variety of specialty programs, including their Veterans’ and First Responders’ Treatment on Kiwassa Lake Road in Saranac Lake, New York. This center provides residential addiction treatment and services for co occurring mental health disorders for adults in a deeply scenic wilderness area.

All veterans and first responders are welcome, regardless of branch of service or discharge status. I’m impressed that no one is denied treatment at St. Joseph’s regardless of ability to pay. They accept insurance plans as well as Medicaid, and they have a sliding scale of fees as well.
