About Spindletop Center South County Outpatient Clinic

Addiction treatment programs at Spindletop are person-centered and trauma-informed. Based on an initial assessment, your clinician will recommend an individualized treatment plan that includes individual and group therapy. During sessions, you’ll address symptoms that inhibit your daily functioning and learn healthy communication skills.

The mobile crisis outreach team provides face-to-face crisis assessment, intervention and follow up services. They also provide relapse prevention services for people struggling with substance abuse. If the team cannot safely diffuse the crisis then they will coordinate admission into the most appropriate and least restrictive setting for more treatment.
