This two story facility is located next to the South Shore Hospital. It offers men’s only clinical stabilization services. The main focus of these short term inpatient programs is to offer a transitional phase between detox and aftercare. This bridges the gap by engaging clients in the treatment process and helping them plan the next steps in their recovery.
The program includes a thorough assessment and personalized treatment planning. The weekly structure consists of individual and group counseling as well as health and addiction education. The also have aftercare planning and follow ups. Recovery groups and relapse prevention training as well as recreational activities may also be offered as part of a holistic and rounded program of care. Clients’ length of stay varies depending on individual needs.
Throughout treatment clients will also have access to a range of counseling services to support them and help them get to the root of their addiction and substance abuse issues. The center also works closely with family members by supporting their involvement in the recovery process and educating them on addiction alongside clients.
