About Three Rivers Youth
Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Three Rivers Youth serves children, adults, and families as they navigate mental health struggles or a substance use disorder. Through a range of wraparound services and evidence-based care approaches, you'll be supported in an outpatient setting, getting access to the care you need.
Youth services are provided through this organization's Diversion Program. The Diversion Program relies on evidence-based approaches to help at-risk children steer away from behaviors that may hinder their success in school and throughout their overall life.
For some children, the Diversion Program is accompanied by prevention services and intervention services for individuals including adults who are engaging in risky behavior such as substance use. If treatment for substance use is required, you'll have access to outpatient services including individual and group counseling, assessments and case management, addiction education, relapse support, and a range of other supports.
Three River Youth is unique in that they offer care programs for nearly every struggling individual in society. For example, there's a reentry program for incarcerated individuals who are reintegrating back into society. There’s also a drop-in center that allows anyone to seek care no matter their stage in recovery.
