Southwest Network’s Northern Star clinic is located in Phoenix, Arizona. They provide a range of services to adolescents and adults. They'll assist you if you have substance use disorders or are experiencing behavioral health struggles. You'll be supported with evidence based services in an outpatient (OP) setting.

When you start your recovery here, you’ll work alongside a robust team of medical professionals. This medical team will help ensure your mental and medical needs are met through your treatment process. They’ll work with you on mental health struggles and determine what if any underlying issues are contributing to your substance use disorder.
