Southwest Behavioral Health Metro Outpatient is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol rehab for adults, located in Phoenix, Arizona. Addiction treatment services include outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, extended care, medication assisted treatment, family counseling, referrals, and aftercare.

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is one of the largest mental health care and addiction treatment providers in Arizona, employing nearly 1,000 mental health professionals. The Metro Outpatient Center treats a range of mental health and co-occurring substance use conditions. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan, and includes individual, group, and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), skills training and psychoeducation, medication support, family support, and relapse prevention training. MAT involves the use of FDA approved medications in conjunction with behavioral therapies, for the treatment of opioid use disorders. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Southwest Behavioral Health Metro Outpatient is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting high quality clinical care. Most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Tricare, and commercial insurance plans are accepted. Self pay options, financial aid, and sliding scale payment assistance may also be available.
