About Four DirectionsOutpatient Treatment Center

Four Directions Outpatient Treatment Center is a substance use treatment program and offers integrated addiction and behavioral health care for adults and families.

The program provides outpatient and intensive outpatient services along with medication assisted treatment.

Operated by Southcentral Foundation, I appreciate how Four Directions emphasizes whole person wellness and treats substance use and mental health needs at the same time.

Flexible Care and Overdose Education

Care starts with a comprehensive mental health and substance use assessment, followed by placement in an outpatient or intensive outpatient program designed to fit around work, family and daily responsibilities.

I want to add that medication assisted treatment is available, including buprenorphine and naltrexone.

Programs combine counseling with approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model and relapse prevention.

Trauma related counseling and peer support, overdose education and continuing care further support long term recovery.
