About Sobriety Works

Sobriety Works is an outpatient treatment center for substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders in Santa Cruz, California. Serving adults ages 18 and older, the facility offers both intensive outpatient treatments and traditional outpatient care as well as sober living homes.

This outpatient alcohol and drug rehab uses evidence-based treatment including personalized assessments, primary counseling assigned to each client, individual counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, addiction education, relapse prevention strategies, recovery support services, and crisis intervention as needed.

The facility also facilitates 12 Step programs and other peer support groups. It coordinates with Child Protective Services as well to benefit clients with open CPS cases.
