About Shiloh Treatment Center

Shiloh Treatment Center is a residential and day‐treatment provider in Manvel, Texas, serving youth aged 3 to 22 with psychiatric needs. Its core offerings include residential treatment, partial hospitalization (day treatment) and special education for children and adolescents.

Dual diagnosis treatment may be provided for individuals dealing with a mental health disorder and addiction at the same time.

Shiloh aims to help clients reach their full potential through individualized, integrated care delivered in a family‐style setting designed to promote real‐world growth and safety. Payments are accepted via self‐pay, private insurance and Medicaid.

Residential Treatment for Troubled Youth

Shiloh’s most central specialty is residential treatment for youth whose behavioral or psychiatric needs require full‐time support and supervision. I like that the residential homes are staffed around the clock, housing up to eight youths each.

Staff members provide meals, chores, outings and daily living structure. A strong interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, licensed counselors/social workers and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst guide care with individualized service plans.

Academic & Developmental Support

Another standout feature of Shiloh I noticed is its on‐campus special education school, approved by the Texas Education Agency, serving K-12 students with academic, vocational, and life skills instruction.

For youth with autism, developmental delay, or who have struggled in traditional school environments, this component helps fill both educational and therapeutic gaps. Typical sessions in the school include diagnostic assessment and academic training.
