I appreciate that they value the relationship between trauma, intimacy disorder and addiction. You’ll learn daily disciplines to help you recover. These daily disciplines go a long way to rebuilding self respect and dignity. As you progress and experience more success, you’ll begin to feel true inner peace.

One of their holistic activities that I liked is trauma informed yoga. The exercises are presented in a gentle flow that helps you improve your relationship with your body. Yoga can help you approach life mindfully, reducing stress and relieving the need to use substances.
