Sanford Health Behavioral Health’s Park Rapids location in Hubbard County, Minnesota, provides a range of mental health programs for kids and adults. Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Park Rapids

Outpatient addiction recovery services here provide structure and support for those struggling with substance abuse. Also known as their ‘Program for Addiction Recovery’ or PAR, clients can expect an initial assessment and treatment planning phase. This ensures the team fully understands your situation, including the severity of your addiction, as well as your individual needs and preferences. From here, they can better tailor your care for optimal success.

PAR features group therapy services and is suitable for individuals with concurrent mental or behavioral health issues. Outpatient evening groups take place on Mondays and Thursday, from 5pm-7pm. It’s also worth noting that culturally specific services are also available for Native American and indigenous clients.

DUI Education Classes in Hubbard County

If you’ve gotten into legal trouble due to your substance misuse, or have a DUI or DWI, you can also access specialized education classes here. The class takes place on the first Friday of alternating months. The class takes place from 9am until 4pm, and includes a 30-minute lunch break.

The focus of the class to to educate individuals on DWI laws, victim impact, and generally rethinking their perspective of excessive drinking. Once you’ve completed the class, you’ll receive a certificate as proof. To take part, you must pre-register.
