The inpatient behavioral health unit is on the hospital campus at 801 West Maple Street in Farmington. The outpatient clinic is located at 555 South Schwartz Avenue, also in Farmington and is open weekdays with midday closures.

Does the program take insurance?

San Juan Regional accepts many major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, United HealthCare and Presbyterian Health Plan, Molina and Humana. I want to note that the hospital also offers financial assistance based on household income and Federal Poverty Guidelines, with discounts or full write offs available for eligible patients.
