A part of Saint Josephs Medical Center, Positive Directions provides substance abuse treatment for adults in the Yonkers area of New York. Options for treatment here include a day program and an evening program. All treatment plans consist of individual and group therapy based on 12 steps and disease model of addiction.

If you enroll in the day program, you’ll participate in treatment Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The evening program is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. When in treatment you’ll create goals like maintaining abstinence from drugs and developing healthier behaviors. A Spanish speaking group is available in the evenings.
