Accountable Progress for Rapid City Clients

Each client gets an individualized treatment plan. With the help of the staff, they’ll work towards recovery goals. Staff keep progress notes at least weekly that show how the client is progressing.
These notes outline counseling sessions, goals, achievements, and problems.
