Rivers Bend is a drug and alcohol rehab for adults, children, and adolescents, located in Troy, Michigan. The center offers outpatient treatment, therapy, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), dual diagnosis treatment, substance use evaluations, psychiatric services, and virtual therapy.

Prior to discharge, all clients receive a comprehensive aftercare plan which may include regular check-ups and meeting attendance.
