You and your family will benefit from immersing yourself in educational lectures and multi-family therapy. They provide a supportive space to understand addiction and provide a therapeutic experience for your loved ones. That way, they can do all they can to support you while also caring for themselves.
I also like how they use motivational enhancement therapy. They offer two individual sessions and three group sessions. If you have mild substance use disorder, this approach could be very beneficial. It uses motivational strategies to empower you to make healthy decisions to achieve your recovery goals.
