Both programs have group and individual therapy sessions. In these sessions you’ll learn new coping and self regulation skills.
The Ridgeview Alumni Association hosts speakers at their monthly meeting. They have a specific meeting for people who are in recovery and their loved ones. This group is called Relationships in Recovery and is sponsored by the alumni association. It’s not just for couples but for anyone in a family with people who are addicted or in recovery.
