About Regis House

Regis House provides comprehensive outpatient addiction treatment programs designed for youths and their families in Miami, Florida. It’s not far from LoanDepot Park, the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center and Gwen Cherry Park. They were founded in 1984 and specialize in prevention, intervention, treatment and aftercare for substance use and co-occurring mental health issues.

Regis House accepts Medicaid and most public insurance options. Sliding scale fees are available for uninsured families to ensure equitable access to care. Selected services are funded through state or county partnerships.

In addition to outpatient therapy, Regis House integrates family therapy, group counseling and individual sessions. School-based prevention programs and educational workshops are key to its proactive approach. This features early intervention within schools and the broader community.

Specialized Populations Served

The center primarily serves adolescents and young adults, particularly at-risk youth in South Florida. Programs are designed for diverse, multicultural populations and are available in English and Spanish.

Regis House is known for reaching underserved communities, including immigrant and low-income families. Its inclusive, culturally competent environment ensures that every family receives personalized support through HOP, which coordinates social benefits like SNAP and Medicaid.
