About Realization Center New York

Located in the heart of New York City, Realization Center New York is an outpatient treatment facility. Treatment includes medication-assisted therapy, dual diagnosis mental health care, and group counseling. All treatment is integrated with other support like domestic violence support, parenting skills, and anger management.

During your first visit you’ll meet with an intake counselor and a financial counselor. You’ll receive a treatment plan and a treatment schedule. Programming will consist of individual and group therapy, psychiatric care, and medication assisted treatment.

The reentry and community justice program helps formerly incarcerated people to live a successful life by reintegrating into the community. They use a comprehensive case management approach with life skills development and supportive counseling.
