Real House is a women’s shelter in Montclair, New Jersey. Residents can receive substance use disorder treatment as part of the RHI network of treatment centers and shelter facilities. Trauma informed care and a client centered approach are part of the integrated health care services they provide.
Job Training and Personal Development Opportunities
Residents at the shelter are provided a homey environment with bedrooms and common areas like large kitchens and living rooms. They offer job training as well as workshops on coping skills and life planning all with the goal of helping residents become self-sufficient.
