About PSCH

In 2017, PSCH merged with Penderson Krag to become the WellLife Network. Their location in Great Neck, New York continues to serve the public as an outpatient substance abuse and co occurring disorder treatment center. They offer a number of treatment approaches, including MAT.

Services here are provided to people of all ages. They accept Medicare and Medicaid, but won’t turn you away if you can’t afford care.

A Healing Community

An aspect of this center I find interesting is that they describe their space as a “healing and nurturing community environment.” I like that they encourage clients to really connect with one another in treatment and build supportive relationships with each other. When you’re in substance abuse treatment with others like this, the ways you can help one another in sobriety extend beyond therapy sessions.

Building a Career in Recovery

This treatment network has extensive experience helping its clients get ready for and join the workforce through their LifeForce program. I appreciate how the program can help clients at all stages, regardless of their abilities and prior work history. Regardless of what you’ve done prior to treatment, they’ll help you develop critical vocational skills and find meaningful work so you can fully support your independence as you navigate sobriety.
