About Project HOME
Project HOME St. Elizabeth's Recovery Residence is a transitional housing program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This space offers structured residential support for homeless men working to overcome substance use disorders.
The program provides furnished, single room units with 9 to 12 months of comprehensive case management, peer support and connections to outpatient treatment.

Recovery Support with St. Elizabeth's
St. Elizabeth's requires residents to engage with outpatient or intensive treatments, participate in NA/AA meetings, and work with case managers on mental health, substance use, education, employment and physical health goals while relying on the recovery support.
The program includes group meetings at the residence, peer support services, and random drug testing.
Residents also have access to Project HOME's full network of services, including employment opportunities, education programs and healthcare.
Residential Care for Homeless Men
The residence serves homeless men who have medically documented SUD, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Twelve of the units are designated specifically for homeless veterans and accessible units are available for individuals with impaired mobility, hearing or vision.
Subsidized Residential Program & Cost
This is a subsidized program where residents pay 30% of their income for rent. Then they pay $20 per week for food.
Medicaid and self-pay options are available but interested parties need to contact the facility.
