Different therapy styles are available, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and accelerated resolution therapy (ART). Special groups are available for individuals experiencing co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health issues, such as a co-occurring DBT group and a ‘Seeking Safety’ group. Life Skills groups are also available, as well as parent training. Clients may request gender-specific or bilingual counselors should they need them.
