About Pathways of Tennessee
Pathways of Tennessee in Union City provides community based behavioral health and substance use treatment as part of the West Tennessee Healthcare network. The Obion County office offers outpatient counseling, medication assisted treatment and medication management, case management and psychiatric rehabilitation for children, teens and adults.
As a National Health Service Corps site, Pathways delivers accessible and affordable care that meets patients where they are and supports recovery without barriers.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Pathways of Tennessee specializes in medication assisted treatment to help adults navigate opioid and alcohol use disorders with evidence based support. I think it's important to note how the Union City clinic combines FDA approved medications with outpatient counseling and case management to address both the physical and behavioral aspects of addiction.
In treatment, patients work with clinical staff to stabilize withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings and build coping skills through individual and group therapy. The integrated approach targets underlying mental health concerns alongside substance use to help patients achieve sustained recovery and rebuild daily stability.
Behavioral Health Services
Beyond substance use treatment, Pathways provides full spectrum mental health care for co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety and trauma.
With psychiatric rehabilitation, medication management and counseling available for patients as young as four, the clinic supports individuals and families across a wide range of behavioral health needs.
Access and Insurance Options
Pathways of Tennessee serves Union City and Obion County with in person care at 930 Mount Zion Road, plus telehealth for many services. The clinic is open Monday through Friday with extended Tuesday hours until 7pm.
I think it's helpful to inform you that Pathways accepts Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP, and offers discounted fees for qualifying patients as an NHSC site. No one is denied services based on inability to pay.
