About Pathways

Pathways Morgan County Outpatient is a community service center located in West Liberty, Kentucky. They provide mental health services to people of all ages. They also treat people who have substance use disorder. Private insurance and Medicaid are accepted, and no one is ever turned away for an inability to pay.

Addiction Treatment Programs

I appreciate that Pathways has several different programs designed for people with substance use issues. All clients are treated with group and individual therapy. Family therapy is also available to those who need it. The services are available 24 hours a day, all year long.

Crisis Support

They offer Assertive Community Treatment for people with severe mental illness and/ or severe SUD. The staff provides case management services, which include helping you find employment, food, and housing. The team can also help you find other social services.

DUI Program

People who are convicted of driving under the influence in the state of Kentucky will normally have to take classes in safe driving and attend therapy.

They have certified assessors on staff who can administer an evaluation and make a treatment plan for you if you have been convicted of DUI. This office only offers assessments, but the company provides 20-hour classes in other counties.

The In Bloom Program

I really like the In Bloom program that this facility offers. It is for women with mental health issues who are pregnant or parenting children who are under the age of two. I love that they offer in-home sessions.

The staff can teach you about things like child-parent attachment and basic parenting skills. They provide resources and coping mechanisms for dealing with the stress of parenting in a healthy way.
