About Oxford House Snowheights
Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Oxford House Snowheights is one of a network of sober living homes. A non profit, publicly supported women only space, residency is available for 8 15 people. Residents pay towards household expenses, making this a relatively low cost option for sober housing.
As well as being women only, Snowheights accepts residency applications from veterans, ex convicts, and parents with children. A safe and sober space for those recovering from alcohol or drug addiction, many residents join after completing drug rehab programs. It seems like a comfortable option for anyone in need of community and peer support as they navigate sober living. Alongside community support, residents at Snowheights can expect a smooth experience overseen by elected house officers. Besides the community element, however, it is unclear whether any treatment methods are provided at the house.
Sober living homes are ideal for those who have already completed intensive treatment and need help staying stable while they practice their new habits. It’s a good home base for those who are attending outpatient treatment.
