About Outreach Project

Located in Brentwood, New York, Outreach House is a dual diagnosis drug and alcohol rehab in Long Island. Each teen will take part in individual and group counseling, family therapy, organized work, introspection, and reflective activities. Evidence based practices at Outreach House include Seeking Safety, The Seven Challenges, Motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, Courage to Change, Living in Balance, and Therapeutic Community Model, Perception of Care, all of which have been shown to have the greatest impact on residents and drastically improve health outcomes. For teens with co-occurring mental health disorders, Outreach House also offers nursing services, psychiatric care, case management, and care coordination.

Amenities include health and recreation programs, drug testing, a private residential setting, and day schooling.

Licensed by the state of New York and listed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration treatment locator.
