Northwestern Medicine Osher Center for Integrative Health is an outpatient integrative clinic in downtown Chicago that blends conventional medical care with evidence informed complementary approaches to support whole person wellness.
The care team offers clinical health psychology, integrative medicine consultations, acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, nutrition services, and fitness classes. Behavioral Health and Clinical Psychology Services
I like that the behavioral medicine program at the Osher Center provides individual and small group therapy for adults who are managing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, PTSD and chronic medical conditions.
Licensed clinical health psychologists provide care using evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems techniques and relaxation strategies that are tailored to each patient’s needs.
