Their family services stand out to me for the amount of support they provide. It's not just counseling: Northpointe follows up with parenting support and wraparound services, too. This approach ensures that the family unit can heal together.

Whether you choose Northpointe's outpatient option or go the residential route, it's a good opportunity to work on your social and living skills. The Community Living Supports program is wholly dedicated to teaching these skills. But what I find great about it is that it's personalized to your own goals.

These areas can cover everyday tasks like doing your laundry to more long term goals like learning to identify community resources and healthy socialization. It's an excellent opportunity to focus even more on your needs in recovery.
