About North Range Behavioral Health Main Center

North Range Behavioral Health Main Center in Greeley, Colorado, is a community care clinic that serves children, youth and their families. They offer care in an outpatient setting. Some services are also offered through telehealth care. They also have a medical clinic and pharmacy on site.

The outpatient services here are designed specifically for children and teens who are experiencing behavioral health struggles. Your child will also have access to treatments if they're experiencing a substance use disorder. Through their integrative approach to care, your child will work with therapists, mental health professionals, physicians and other clinical staff.
There's a case manager here that both children and families will work with. Through case management, your child will receive the appropriate therapies for their recovery. As they progress through the program, these therapies will be adjusted to their needs.

School based support is also available through this program. There are coordinated treatment plans in place with schools, counselors and families. This is particularly helpful if your child is struggling with truancy or social pressures. There are crisis interventions if your child is at risk. There’s also family engagement support, and they can refer you to more intensive services if required. There are regular screenings and assessments to ensure your child is receiving the appropriate therapies. Among these therapies are individual and family counseling.

There's also family and community based treatment here. The aim is to strengthen families and improve strategies that help strengthen relationships. I appreciate that this care is culturally sensitive.

The onsite pharmacy allows you to easily access prescribed medications. This also includes medications that are prescribed under medication assisted treatment (MAT). These medications will help you manage ongoing cravings if you're on a substance use recovery treatment plan.
