On a lush 200 acres in White Plains, New York, New York Presbyterian Hospital is a large medical campus. If you choose to enroll here you’ll pick from a partial hospitalization program, an inpatient program or a continuing care day treatment program. This facility also treats mental health disorders and eating disorders. If any psychiatric illnesses are present, you’ll receive treatment for those.

This facility offers a specialized deluxe inpatient unit called The Haven. While mental health and addiction are the main treatments, you can also receive care for autism and ADHD. They’ll also treat psychotic disorders. During treatment programs, you can expect to participate in a combination of individual and group therapy. They use family counseling to incorporate everyone. Counselors use tools like cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational therapy to help you heal.

Enrolling in the continuing day treatment program, they’ll give you a comprehensive evaluation and treatment for six to 12 months. They’ll use a model of wellness and recovery.
