About New Perspectives at White Deer Run

Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is home to the lovely campus of New Perspectives at White Deer Run, an addiction treatment center with medical detox and residential treatment for adults. The detox center is staffed by a medical doctor and other licensed medical personnel. New Perspectives has a residential program that includes medication assisted treatment combined with individual and group therapy and support meetings. Experiential treatments support whole healing from addiction and mental health challenges.

I’m interested in the fact that New Perspective offers you experiential therapies that help support the recovery of the whole person. Ropes courses and nature walks connect you with nature, while meditation and aromatherapy help you gain mental clarity and peace of mind. Reflexology and Reiki practitioners help relieve stress, and tai chi and yoga give you the opportunity to move your body and stay centered.

The group sessions at New Perspectives can address the specific and unique needs of different people. You’ll find the usual 12 step meetings of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous, but you can also attend orientation and transition groups. Family therapy helps repair relationships in an addict’s inner circle.

The intake specialists at New Perspective will help you find out more about your insurance benefits. They take payment from a lot of commercial insurance companies, and they can help you determine what’s covered.
