About New Life Counseling & Wellness Center, Inc.

New Life Counseling & Wellness Center, Inc. is a CARF accredited, multicultural behavioral health provider in Randolph, Massachusetts serving children, adolescents and adults, seniors and families across Greater Boston and the South Shore.

The center offers outpatient therapy, in home youth services and medication management, crisis stabilization and community based care coordination for concerns like anxiety, depression and trauma, grief and ODD.

Since 2003, the team has delivered holistic, culturally competent and linguistically appropriate care designed to meet every client where they are.

Culturally Responsive Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient counseling is the foundation of New Life's work with therapy available alongside diagnosis, assessment and medication management.

I want to point out that clinicians provide services in English, French and Haitian Creole, Cape-Verdean Creole and Portuguese, Spanish and Vietnamese, Korean and Swahili.

Sessions are office based and tailored to each client's background, goals and presenting concerns with added supports like advocacy, case management and crisis assessment when needed.

The multicultural team focuses on building trust and addressing both immediate symptoms and longer term wellness.

Family Support Services

I like that New Life extends care beyond the clinic through children's behavioral health initiative programs, including in home therapy and therapeutic mentoring with 24/7 team availability.

Adult offerings include community service program and CSP justice involved tracks, which support re entry stabilization, dual diagnosis coordination and linkage to MAT or IOP resources, plus Safe & Stable services for DCF involved families.

Getting Connected

The center provides in person care at its Randolph office on North Main Street, serving Boston and Greater Boston, South Shore and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

New Life accepts most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Health Plan and Fallon, Optum and MassHealth affiliated plans, along with self pay and sliding scale options.

Levels of Care

Outpatient Rehab

During this time, you will attend therapy sessions and support group meetings, for ongoing accountability and development of sober-living skills.

Dual Diagnosis & Mental Health

If you meet the diagnostic criteria for two or more conditions, you have a dual diagnosis. Massachusetts dual diagnosis treatment is designed to address both conditions simultaneously, for improved recovery outcomes.

Payment Options

Self-Pay Options

If you prefer to take control of the cost of your treatment, you can opt to pay for it yourself through self-pay options, also known as private pay. This option provides access to all levels of care — from detox to inpatient rehabilitation — because you’re not limited by the rules of insurers or state-run programs.

Private Insurance

If you have private insurance, you can use it to help cover the cost of treatment. Most rehab insurance policies tend to have different coverage rates and costs that policyholders are responsible for paying, so check with your insurer for detailed information.

Medicaid Accepted

If you're in need of financial assistance, MassHealth may be an option for you. MassHealth can help pay for all levels of care, including detox and inpatient rehabilitation.

Sliding Scale Payment

If you can't pay the full cost of treatment, a sliding scale payment plan may be a solution for you. This option provides access to all levels of care. To qualify for this treatment discount, you must complete an application and provide supporting financial documentation.
