Types of Therapy Offered

There are a number of therapeutic services depending on what you are looking for. Standard therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT) are available. These can be at an individual, couple, group, or family level.

Other options include trauma therapy, activity therapy, behavior modification, and integrated dual disorders treatment.

Additional Services for You

In addition to therapy sessions, New Day Counseling has other services to help you have a better quality of life. They offer screenings for tobacco use and smoking cessation counseling sessions. I think these extra services are a unique quality of the center that you might not find everywhere else. There is also family psychoeducation to help you and your loved ones develop stronger tools and strategies for mental health challenges during sessions.

Collins Pond Park is within driving distance of the facility, and there are spots around the pond to walk dogs, picnic, and relax in nature. I think this park can be a peaceful respite for you and your loved ones.

Sliding Scale Payment

If you're unable to pay the full cost of treatment, a sliding scale payment plan can bring affordability to drug rehab in Maine by lowering costs and allowing you to make payments that are affordable.
