About Monarch

Located in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Monarch is a CARF accredited addiction treatment and mental health program for women and children impacted by addiction. Offering dual diagnosis drug and alcohol rehab for women, 12 step programs, comprehensive aftercare, sober living homes, and trauma treatment.

Monarch’s highly individualized residential addiction treatment program is for women, pregnant women, and postpartum women. The program offers a thorough assessment and personalized treatment plan, 24 hours of strengths based therapeutic treatment every week, and skills training. Residents also benefit from recreational activities, support groups, and other complementary services. The Monarch treatment team supports residents with individual and group therapy, family counseling, parenting skills, nutritional information, relapse prevention training, skills to enhance relationships and recovery skills, and access to 12 step recovery meetings. Residents can also access advocacy services and case management to help them attain primary medical care, prenatal care, social services, and testing. Following the residential program, residents can progress to attend the outpatient program before transitioning back into the community.

Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Monarch accepts Medicaid, private insurance plans, and self pay. Sliding scale fees and financial assistance is also available.
